Dilute in massage oil and get at those tired and aching muscles. This blend is dual purpose...it works to alleviate coughs and congestion too (do not ingest!). Comes in a 12ml bottle. Can possibly irritate skin if used straight out of the bottle so use well diluted. Not for use on children, pregnant women, or people with epilepy.

With camphor, wintergreen, peppermint, eucalyptus, lavender, sweet birch, cinnanmon & ginger essential oils.
